Intent: Pick a weight that you can move consistently. “A” will challenge shoulder stamina and upper body pressing ability. Scale movements so that you can move through each with shorts amount of rest. “B” will challenge upper body front racking and pulling stamina. Choose a weight and movement that will allows you to move consistently through both movements.
