Weekly Crossfit Class

CrossFit classes run approximately an hour long, during that time we will have mobility drills, a group warm-up, a strength/skill workout, and a WOD (Workout Of the Day). Each WOD and strength workout will consists of many different skill sets and will be instructed by our on staff trainers to ensure safe and efficient movements. We are here to help, motivate, and guide!

WEEKLY SWEAT CLASS SCHEDULE

Sweat classes are for those who might not be ready for CrossFit but still seek to build strength and endurance. These classes involve dumbbells, kettle-bells, D-balls, running, plyometrics, and basic gymnastic movements. They are a great opportunity to learn the basics of human movement and body control while building a strong bond with your peers. These classes are open to everyone. All of the movements in this class can be scaled to any ability level.
