Bruce Pelphrey- Owner/Trainer

Bruce is a co-owner at CrossFit SkyFall and fell in love with lifting at a young age. Starting in middle school Bruce enjoyed weightlifting and transitioned into power lifting achieving pro status at the 181/198 weight class at the age of 19.  After power lifting Bruce transitioned into CrossFit and shortly after achieved his Level 1 CrossFit Certification and becoming a CrossFit Coach.

In his free time Bruce enjoys spending time with his friends and family. He also enjoys cooking and smashing a dozen doughnuts on his cheat day. 

Robby Kramer - OWNER/Trainer

Robby is co-owner at Crossfit Skyfall. Growing up a three sport athlete and collegiate football player, physical fitness has always been apart of Rob's life. After taking his first Crossfit class in 2011, He knew it was exactly the type of training he was looking for. Rob strives to promote safety and wellness, and loves seeing people recognize the potential they have inside themselves. He is an avid Ohio State Buckeyes fan and loves spending his time with his beautiful family.

Sammi Stickelman - Trainer

Sammi started her fitness journey in 2011 when she decided it was time to take better control of her health. By 2012, she was leading group fitness classes and helping her personal training clients achieve their fitness goals. Sammi received her Level 1 CrossFit Certification in 2013. She has been obsessed and an advocate ever since!! Sammi started coaching in the fall of 2013. In CrossFit, Sammi found an athlete in herself was never knew was there growing up. She enjoys the mental aspect of the sport just as much as the physical challenge. Sammi joined the SkyFall family in March 2016 and was overwhelmed with the community and atmosphere. In her free time, Sammi likes to spend time with friends and family, and cook!

Brent Seibert - Trainer

Brent’s athletic background began with playing soccer from a very young age and on into high school.  Once he attended college at The University of Dayton he discovered the sport of Rowing and fell in love with the highly competitive nature of a sport that placed an emphasis on individual competition amongst a team.  Stumbling upon Crossfit in 2011, a new obsession was formed.  For the first time he began Weightlifting and practicing gymnastics and thrived on the new challenges that Crossfit provided on a daily basis.  After 6 years of attending Crossfit, Brent obtained his Level 1 certification in early 2017.  He began coaching, wishing to give back some of the lessons he had learned and a desire to teach and assist others on their fitness journey. As one of the first few members of Crossfit Skyfall he has a personal connection to the gym and loves the community that has been fostered.  When he is not in the gym, Brent enjoys spending time with his wife, Leah and 4 children.
