CrossFit is the most effective exercise plan in the world.
CrossFit workouts highlight the best aspects of gymnastics, weightlifting, running, rowing, and more. CrossFit is designed for everyone and is scalable in all aspects, making it the perfect fitness regime for any committed individual regardless of experience. Participants can expect to achieve greater flexibility, increase power, and enhance metabolic conditioning enabling them to handle life’s unexpected challenges.
SWEAT classes are offered ever Tuesday and Thursdays from 6:30-7:30. These classes consist of 45 minutes of high-intensity workouts. Whether you are uncomfortable with weightlifting, you want more cardio and metabolic conditioning, or you just love to collapse in a puddle of sweat, then this class is for you. No bar-work in this class. Instead, participants will focus on more gymnastics, bodyweight exercises and cardio!
Tuesday and Thursday
KIDS CLASSES ARE OFFERED EVERY OTHER SATURDAY. Using a FUN combination of calisthenics, running, rowing, jumping, throwing, carrying, pushing, pulling, climbing and lifting. We challenge kids in a fun and progressive way, and our groups are usually filled to capacity within hours of being offered.
Every other Saturday
Community classes are FREE every Saturday from 9-10a. Bring a friend. This is a great way to get involved and try a Crossfit type workout with a partner.
