CROSSFIT CLASSES
CrossFit is the most effective exercise plan in the world.
CrossFit workouts highlight the best aspects of gymnastics, weightlifting, running, rowing, and more. CrossFit is designed for everyone and is scalable in all aspects, making it the perfect fitness regime for any committed individual regardless of experience. Participants can expect to achieve greater flexibility, increase power, and enhance metabolic conditioning enabling them to handle life’s unexpected challenges.
SWEAT CLASS
SWEAT classes are offered ever Tuesday and Thursdays from 6:30-7:30. These classes consist of 45 minutes of high-intensity workouts. Whether you are uncomfortable with weightlifting, you want more cardio and metabolic conditioning, or you just love to collapse in a puddle of sweat, then this class is for you. No bar-work in this class. Instead, participants will focus on more gymnastics, bodyweight exercises and cardio!

Weight Loss & Toning
Our classes are designed to help you reach whatever aesthetic, performance, or health related goals you may have. If you’re interested in weight loss and toning, you’ll love our high-intensity programs and CrossFit classes with access to nutrition coaching as well. You’ll learn to fuel your body for your day-to-day demands while challenging your body in a safe way under the guidance of certified (experienced) coaches. Our box sponsored nutrition challenges are just another great way kick start your weight loss in safe supportive group environment.
Strength and Muscle Gain / Athletic Performance
Look no further than our CrossFit and Specialty Courses. These activities will challenge you and help you become a stronger athlete both mentally and physically. We also offer open gym times to allow you time to work on your own primary, accessory or sport specific programming.
50 & Over Fitness
If you’re an older athlete or looking to get back into working out after a long hiatus, you’re in good hands with us. Our classes will help you learn the basics and our staff is always happy to help you find options to scale movements up and down based on ability limitations. We have coaches that are trained and certified to program and work specifically with Masters Athletes and we take pride in working with people of all ages to help reach their fitness goals. We’ll make sure you always get a safe and fun workout, regardless of where you are starting.
Health and Longevity
If health and longevity and just over all looking and feeling good are your top priorities, we’ve got you! We encourage you to try all of our offering; CrossFit, Forged, Bridge, Barbell Club, personal training and open gym to find the format that you enjoy the most. Our staff of experienced coaches are happy to work with you to help develop a workout schedule that will help you thrive to look and feel your best both in and out of the gym.
