*X = Rd 1 BSQ, Rd 2 - FSQ, Rd 3 - OHS, Rd 4 - Thruster

Intent: Testing our capability to run and move loaded object. The variation of the barbell allows us to work on muliple squat disciplines within in one workout. The weight should allow you to perform all 15 reps with out stopping.
