Todd has been a CrossFit Athlete for 9 years and a CrossFit coach for 5 years.

Todd’s specialty as a coach is a whole-person approach. He wants to know you, and he wants to help you be the best version of yourself. He is technical and enjoys breaking down the movements. He is quick and jumps right into helping any chance he gets.

His advice to a new CrossFitter is, “It’s like eating an elephant. One bite at a time and be patient. Chase the movement, not the weight, and master the mechanics before the intensity.”
