Steven has been a member here at CROSSFIT Skyfall for 2 years. he is a doctor of chiropractic and specializes in rehab and recovery in relation to the spine and functions of the body. As a crossfitter, he understands the passion and drive our athletes have. He works closely with CrossFit athletes as they work through injuries with the goal of getting them back in the gym at normal function as safely and quickly as possible.

CHARLOTTE HAS BEEN A MEMBER HERE AT CROSSFIT SKYFALL FOR 5 YEARS. SHE is a doctor of physical therapy and SPECIALIZES IN WOMEN'S HEALTH AND PELVIC FLOOR PHYSICAL THERAPY. SHE HAS A PASSION FOR HELPING OUR MAMAS THROUGH THEIR PREGNANCY AND POSTPARTUM EXPERIENCE. HER GOAL IS TO KEEP MAMAS MOVING EFFICIENTLY THROUGH PREGNANCY AND to regain CORE AND PELVIC FLOOR STRENGTH IN POSTPARTUM TO GET THOSE MAMAS BACK IN THE GYM AS HEALTHY AS EVER.
