Crossfit Classes

The CrossFit formula combines consistent training through constantly varied, functional movement with sound nutrition and community accountability to build a program that never gets old.

At CrossFit SkyFall, no two workouts are alike. strategically programmed by skyfall owner, Bruce Pelphrey, each workout is a unique combination gymnastics, weightlifting, cardio equipment, and more.

CrossFit is designed for everyone. that is why we work hard to ensure every wrokout is scalable in all aspects. by attending our classes on a regular basis, every Participant can expect to achieve greater flexibility, increase power, and enhance metabolic conditioning enabling them to handle life’s unexpected challenges.

THESE Classes are offered FOR OUR LADIES ONLY! wE KNOW THAT STARTING A NEW WORKOUT REGIMINE CAN BE INCREDIBLY INTIMIDATING, AND SOMETIMES YOU JUST WANT TO BE SURROUNDED AND EMPOWERED BY STRONG, INCREDIBLE WOMEN. AS COACHES, WE ENSURE THESE OPTIONS ARE PARTICULARLY SCALABLE AND INCLUSIVE WIHT CREATIVE WAYS TO ADAPT WORKOUTS TO ANY SKILL AND COMFORT LEVEL.

wEIGHTLIFTING

Our weightlifting class is programmed and run by crossfit weightlifting and crossfit level 2 certified coach, Jen! she uniqely designs the class to refine lifting technique by focusing in on specific aspects of lifts, while also building the muscle to earn those new personal bests.
