Sara Clark: CF-L1 Trainer, head coach

Sara has been a CrossFit Athlete for 4 years and a CrossFit coach for 1 year. When you sign up, Sara is one of the coaches who will complete your introductory classes with.

With a history in teaching and coaching, Sara specializes in the explanation of skills and how to move your body for a desired outcome. She enjoys the technicality of a movement and adjusting the mechanics of your body.

Her advice to a new CrossFitter is, “CrossFit can be so overwhelming to jump into. There’s a whole new language to learn, new ways to move your body, and new people to call friends. Take it one day at a time and be patient with yourself. Starting CrossFit was the best decision I could have made for myself, and I know you’ll feel the same way.”
